I am a freelance consultant working in the Transport and Logistics Industry.

I have had a long career as a Transport Management Professional with nationwide expertise and a proven track record of success in the service industry sector and felt it was time to offer my experience to others. Therefore, I decided to set up my own service using the experience and knowledge i have gained throughout my career. Above all we aim to provide companies of all sizes the bespoke support that is needed for a successful business.

I am a strong pro-active leader and have gained years of professional and managerial experience with in the industry. As a result we now offer this experience in our service which include empowering staff to take ownership for responsibilities, providing coaching, training and mentoring to direct and in-direct reports. In addition to these skills I also have experience in enabling teams to work together to meet individual targets and organisational objectives whilst remaining focused on client requirements and service delivery excellence.

Via my company Coventry Transport & Training Solutions Ltd we are able to offer a comprehensive range of support to transport and logistic companies. However, we don’t just offer one available service. For instance we offer a flexible and bespoke service which can be on a part time or interim basis.
